Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed after confirmation through a manual verification call from our team.
  
  
• If a customer does not answer our confirmation calls after three attempts, a 5% advance payment of the total order amount will be required before the order can be processed.
  
  
• If a customer’s previous order was returned or not accepted at delivery, a 5% advance payment will also be required for any future orders.
  
  
• Standard shipping time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Refund & Exchange Policy 

• Customers requesting a refund or exchange must return the parcel to our office address.
  
  
• Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, we will either:
  
  
• Process the refund to your account, or
  
  
• Arrange a replacement/exchange product based on your request.
  
  
• In case of an exchange, the courier will deliver the new product to your address after the return process is completed.
